How Our Change Requests Work
Instead of tracking hours like a lawyer, we use a simple "Change Request" system.
What counts as 1 Change Request?
- Changing a phone number, email, or address
- Swapping a photo for another
- Updating a paragraph of text
- Adding a new team member profile
- Changing a product price or service description
- Fixing a small typo or broken link
What does NOT count as a Change Request?
- Adding a brand new page to your site
- Building a new feature (like a booking system)
- Redesigning the layout of a page
- Setting up e-commerce if you did not already have it
If you need more changes than your package includes, additional requests are charged at R 150 each. For larger tasks, we give you a separate quote before starting.
Payment Terms
To get started, we require a 50% deposit upfront. This secures your spot in our schedule and covers the initial design and planning work.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion, just before we launch your site live. You get to see the finished site and approve it before making the final payment.

We monitor your site 24/7 and perform daily backups. If anything goes wrong, we restore your site quickly — usually within a few hours.
Do I need to buy hosting separately?
Hosting is not bundled with the build. You provide your own hosting and we deploy to your server; we can also recommend a provider or manage the deployment for you if you prefer.
